Q: Do you offer warranty with your service?
A: Yes, we offer warranty with our service. We believe that true craftsmanship and great work should never expire. So we provide a 2-year labor warranty for all of our work.
Q: How much will your service cost?
A: Because every job is unique, the cost of each job will change. However, the price will be calculated based on the square footage of the building, the materials needs, and any repairs that are necessary. Therefore, we offer a FREE quote for every job that will be given to you after we fully understand the service you require.
Q: How can I tell if I am in your service area?
A: In general, we service North Metro Atlanta, and may service north as far as Lake Lanier. If in doubt, give us a call and we will let you know if we can service your structure.
Q: Do you require customers to pay up front?
A: No. Payment is made AFTER the job is finished and you have walked through and inspected everything with our crew chief. No payment is made until you are 100% satisfied with our work.

Q: Are you operating during normal business hours?
A: Yes. We typically work during normal business hours, but have been known to work as long as we need to to get the job done on time. However, we always work around our customer’s schedule so we don’t cause them an inconvenience.
